JSNN Facilities
The Institute for Electronics and Nanotechnology (IEN) is a Georgia Tech interdisciplinary research institute designed to enhance support for rapidly growing research programs spanning biomedicine, materials, electronics and nanotechnology. Clean rooms in the Marcus Nanotechnology Building. Hitachi SU8230 Approximately 7000 square-feet of cleanroom space for JSNN faculty as well as industry partners will be used to commercialize research, with an emphasis on nanomanufacturing.
